Then after a little time to make a little schedule for the week we went to a local okonomiyaki restaurant. Don't know how to describe it in English so you'll just have to come try it for yourself!

Then put the meat onto the grill. Pour the mixture over the meat and cook flipping halfway through.
Add toppings and enjoy!

From the looks of the meat I think I could eat it all except for the "thing" with its head still visible. God has certainly given you a taste for the food their even though it is strange to a westerner. I am amazed at your faith in God to carry you through all of this nonwestern culture.
